Return Policy

Service Cancellation

Treasurydiversif provides landscape design services. If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and work already completed.

Design Revisions

We understand that design preferences may change. Minor revisions to landscape design plans are included in our service. Significant changes or complete redesigns may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Plant and Material Returns

Plants and materials purchased through Treasurydiversif may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Plants must be healthy and unused. Custom-ordered items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Policy

Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis:

• If services are cancelled before work begins, a full refund may be provided
• If work has commenced, refunds will be proportional to work completed
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking
• Refunds for completed work are not available unless there is a breach of contract

Warranty

Treasurydiversif provides a warranty on plants and installation work. Plants are warranted for 90 days from installation, provided proper care instructions are followed. Installation work is warranted for defects in workmanship for 12 months from completion.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. All disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer law.
